4 Malvino Court is ideally located on the sun-drenched southern side of a quiet cul de sac in the heart of Tiburon. Hidden from the street behind an attractive modern gate is the 3,260 square foot 5 bedroom, 3 full and 2 half bath house and its gorgeous grounds on over a third of an acre overlooking Richardson Bay, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the yacht harbors and hills of Sausalito.
A lovely foyer leads to the center of the main living level. To the right is the living room, awash in sun and sweeping views of the water and hills beyond. A wall of glass opens to a spectacular new deck from which to savor these views, and a fireplace beckons for cozy evenings. Opposite the living room is a large family/media room that serves equally well as a guest suite with a full attached bath. To the left of the entry is the powder room and the bright, airy kitchen with high-end appliances, a large walk-in pantry, a covered terrace with stairs to the expansive backyard, and access to the two car garage. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious dining room that opens directly to the outdoor kitchen and large terrace just beyond. A flight of stairs leads down to the luxurious primary suite with attached bath, walk in closet, and a private covered deck. Three more bedrooms are on this floor, as well as a large full bath with two separate water closets on either end, a laundry room, and another covered terrace with stairs to the level grass lawn, meandering paths, and gorgeous grounds. Significant upgrades to the home provide additional comfort and appeal, including air-conditioning, solar panels, new decks, new landscaping, and more.
This special property provides the quintessential Tiburon lifestyle, with its stunning house and grounds, vibrant local community and award-winning schools, easy access to hiking trails and open space, and close proximity to both the quaint village of downtown Tiburon and the world class city of San Francisco.

Tiburon’s waterfront location makes it a prime destination for Marin County homebuyers.
For a town of less than 10,000 residents, Tiburon offers a variety of activities that belies its small size. The annual Tiburon International Film Festival brings films from around the world. Residents enjoy shopping in the elegant boutiques along Ark Row, a leafy, block-long enclave of tiny shops that were once floating arks, and dining at the excellent restaurants along Main Street. For the nautically inclined, Tiburon's Corinthian Yacht Club hosts races on the bay. Ferries to San Francisco and Angel Island State Park leave from the dock at Tiburon.
Tiburon's parks are strung out like pearls on a necklace along the water’s edge. Blackie's Pasture, named after an old swaybacked horse that once lived here, is a popular spot for hikers, joggers, bikers, moms with strollers, and dog walkers. On weekends, the parks fill up with soccer players of all ages.
